How to make one

  1. Press the button above to open the tool.
  2. Fill in your shop or firm's details. You only have to do this once.
  3. Write the customer name and the subject of the work.
  4. Enter the items or work, quantity (like 5 kg) and rate.
  5. Choose discount, advance and terms. Press Print or WhatsApp.

What kinds of work it suits

The quotation also shows the validity (how many days the rate is valid) and the advance amount. Add GST if you want, keep it off if you don't.
