No. This is a free information tool. To apply you have to go to each scheme's official link.

Do I have to log in or register?

No, it works with no login. Your age or details are not saved anywhere.

Why is my state's scheme missing?

Schemes of some states have only just been added. For states where no verified scheme was found, the Centre's schemes show, and we will keep adding more.

At what age is an Ayushman card made?

Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY has no age limit. There is no limit on family size, age or gender either. Whether a card is made depends on the family's economic condition (SECC 2011 data). For seniors aged 70 or more there is a separate scheme, Ayushman Vay Vandana.

Is my family eligible for an Ayushman card, and how do I check?

Check with Am I Eligible on mera.pmjay.gov.in, or call the toll-free 14555, or go to a nearby CSC and get it checked. You can also open the Ayushman scheme in the tool to see the full conditions and documents.

How much treatment does an Ayushman card cover?

Each family gets cashless treatment of up to Rs 5 lakh a year at empanelled government and private hospitals. Always check the official site for the final amount and conditions.
